Cross-border service involves slightly longer dispatch times than our core Cook/DuPage County coverage, but we don't charge travel fees within reasonable distance. We service select areas of Northwest Indiana when the location is reasonably accessible from our Chicago HQ — typically communities along the Illinois-Indiana state line such as Hammond, Whiting, and East Chicago.
