Our basement and crawlspace duct work has sweated and dripped during the summers and we finally decided to have it addressed. I’ve had my HVAC, etc. inspected annually by different contractors and no one has mentioned this issue and explained the benefits of correcting it until Jordan. He found rust and some mold as a result of all the dripping as well as some large gaps in my ducts in the crawlspace and explained how one hole caused by rust was releasing carbon monoxide into my home. His quote for repairs was very reasonable and the work was completed professionally and I’m happy to report no more dripping. I’m very satisfied and recommend Jordan and Eco Temp without hesitation.

Was in a pinch because I had condenser issues with my AC unit on the weekend. My fan and compressor for my air conditioner did not work at all. I have two rabbits who are domestic and will die if they get over 85°. Call the company and they came out right away and fixed my capacitor which was defective and my air-conditioning was up and running within one hour on the weekend. I called several other places and they denied me service. I am 50 years old and I have never had better service until I found this company. They actually care about your needs. Massive thanks to Kyle and Jordan for coming out to my place in Chicago. I get cold easily and when the temp dropped I found out my furnace was broken. They didn’t recommend repairing it because it was a 20-year-old unit. Instead, they mentioned it would be wise to go with a full HVAC system replacement from American Standard because my AC was pretty old as well. They brought up the fact that their supplier Munch’s had a 15% off sale in the month of September and that they would give me a free 1-year service agreement. I was sold at that point. They got me a great deal on a high-efficiency air conditioner and furnace. I couldn’t be happier with their service and prices. 10/10 highly recommend Eco Temp HVAC!!
