After your appointment is scheduled you will receive reminders via email the day before your scheduled service and a text message when your technician has been dispatched. Just as an extra precaution for your safety in that text message you will see a photo of your technician, always make sure you see the Eco Temp HVAC van and uniform before opening the door.
