Jordan did a great job servicing my Mitsubishi HVAC system. He showed up on time and he was very thorough. He found a minor problem with the system that previous HVAC companies had not identified and fixed it.. It is difficult finding HVAC companies who are Mitsubishi diamond certified so I will be using them again in the future if my system has any problems.

I recently contacted Jordan with Eco Temp HVAC for a service call to troubleshoot an air handler issue, and I couldn't be more impressed. They responded incredibly quickly, which was a huge help given the situation Jordan was fantastic to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping our mutual customer. He went above and beyond the scope of the original service call to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Excellent communication, prompt service, and outstanding customer care. I hired another contractor who didn't finish the job properly.  I found Eco Temp online and spoke to Jordan who came out the same day.  Jordan was not only pleasant and professional; he was very knowledgeable on HVAC and knew right away how to resolve the issues. We had an excellent experience with EcoTemp HVAC last Monday. Our boiler was malfunctioning, and they responded the same day we called. Jordan, our technician, went above and beyond by stopping on his way home to make sure we weren’t left without heat. He was extremely knowledgeable about Navien boilers, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. Professional, courteous, and clearly well versed in his work. We had a completely new unit installed. Eco Temp HVAC had a competitive price, and the price quoted was the price we paid. No change orders or hidden costs. Very fast and efficient (but careful) installation. They made me feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing and they weren't condescending about it at all. Had a good few experiences with these guys over a few weeks time repairing boilers and also installing a new one. I found them to be very communicative  from appointment to arrival to completion and with providing options. Both front desk and staff were in ongoing communication. They did a good job with the installation and repairs and were honest with me about what needed to be done. I'm an out of state landlord and they kept me updated every step of the way. Great experience with Jordan and Eco Temp, I would highly recommend them! We were a brand new customer, but they came out very quickly, did a temporary fix so we had heat, and came back the next day with the new part. Friendly and professional service start to finish. We had originally called another company who said they couldn't get it started, it would take several days to get parts and fix, and there were multiple issues.
